Hello! This is Lan...you said you'd make a pair of rollerblades for me last month and...I kinda forgot about that. Until now! Did you make them yet? I can wait a little longer if you're busy, but if you're done with them, I can come get them anytime!
...That's it, I guess. Thanks!
[answering machine]
Yes, Lan? I do have the blades! Those last few touches were trickier than I anticipated, but they're ready. Where should I bring them?

Great!
I'm in Heropa, you can meet me somewhere there. Or I could meet you somewhere else. You'll have to give me directions if it's outside of Heropa, though.

[Just don't expect him to be enthused about the history museum in general.]
When d'ya want to meet up?

Ah... was that the beep? Well! Hello, my friend! I hope you are well.
[There is a slight expectant silence. Forgive him; he's not used to this.]
I was planning my next excursion, and it occurred to me that you may not be going out and exploring your surroundings as much as I have been. As such, I was wondering if you're at all fond of camping? I go on a regular basis, and perhaps I would cause others les of a fright with a human companion. [He chuckles at that, amused.]
That's all. I hope you have a wonderful day.
[PAUUUUUSE.]
Oh! And this is Saint Walker. How silly of me not to say that first. Good-bye!

Yes, hello! Dr. Brown here, returning your message. Thank you for the invitation, and I'd be glad to go. I'll just need a day or so to gather supplies, it's been a while since I've truly roughed it.
Where did you plan to go?
no subject
Ah, Dr. Brown! So good to hear from you. I haven't quite made up my mind yet; I often simply go wherever seems most fitting to me that day.
[And sorry again that your weird alien friend is a strange, roaming hermit.]
For this, however, a pre-planned location does seem best. If I remember correctly, Virginia has some lovely forested areas that I have yet to explore.

So long as you give me a few hours' notice to pack up shop, I'll be glad to join you.

[He says accordingly because he has no idea how the hell humans are supposed to dress themselves for camping.]

I'll work on this immediately. This is my fault, if I make him see that I'm sure he'll drop this.

DELIVERY
Merry Christmas and happy new year to you, my friend! Or whatever it is that you celebrate; it seems to me that humans have more holidays than most.
In any case, whatever it is you celebrate, I hope that you have one filled with camaraderie and happiness. Thank you for your friendship, and may this upcoming year be a good one. Remember to slow down on occasion and enjoy the gifts that life has offered you.

Letter!
Dear, Dr. Emmett Brown -
We have not spoken before, but my name is Petyr Baelish. I serve as the ambassador for Maurtia Falls. I write to you on behalf of a project I am working on within my city. Construction has already begun on rebuilding a much larger library, but I wish for this to be more than simply a bigger structure. I hope to inspire education and the spread of knowledge to the natives of Maurtia Falls as well as provide an invaluable resource to new arrivals here. But more than that, I wish to use it to pay homage to the natives who lost their lives within Maurtia Falls due to imPort related tragedies. Their names will be honored within the library itself and donations will be set up to be made to the families.
For this project to succeed, I need your help. If you are able to donate anything at all to the cause, it would be most appreciated -- whether that is books, money, or simply your time. I've seen enough of you around to know that you are an educator and a brilliant man. I wish to put programs into place in order to teach our natives (and interested imPorts) valuable skills to take with them into the job field. This is all in hopes to lessen the crime that has come to plague Maurtia Falls by inspiring people to pursue better career paths.
I thank you for your time, and I do hope to hear back from you soon.
Sincerely,
Ambassador Petyr Baelish
[ OOC: You can feel free to just respond to this OOCly if Doc would donate anything or not! ]

Thank you for approaching me regarding this effort! What you're doing here is critical, and I would be honored to assist you. $500 is all I can spare monetarily at the moment, and you'll find that enclosed, but I can offer my services as an instructor. I can teach auto repair for a widely-used skill, or mechanical engineering at any level.
Let me know if I can be of any further assistance!
Sincerely,
Dr. Emmett Brown

Thank you for your generous donation. The fact that you didn't return my letter burned to ashes is more than enough to earn my gratitude!
I would be most grateful for your educational aid. In fact, I believe auto repair would be an excellent starter course to gauge public interest. Should the turn out be large, we could move on to more advanced courses. And I would be certain to pay you generously for your time.
I have plans for the library to be up and running by mid-March, barring any complications. This will give us plenty of time to discuss the details in between.
Sincerely,
Ambassador Petyr Baelish

Dear Dr. Brown,
Thank you very much for attending our wedding ceremony. We were glad to have you and hope you had a good time as well. The clock you made for us is a stunningly unique piece we intend to place in the living room of our new home, where our guests may be able to appreciate your design as well.
With gratitude,
Hermann & Newt
